Hahaha ... wait till you discover how bad competition can make things... you'll come crawling back ! You still hate them but you'll pay them anyway with a grumble !<br /> Competition hasn't made telecom/telstra, better... it's made them greedy !<br />Problem is now ... you can't put the Genie back in the bottle !!<br /><br />Basically the best you can hope for is to think hard before handing over your cash. I've been screwed by both telstra and optus. In all cases the problems could have been easily resolved or prevented if the carrier had taken some simple steps. They are not interested in fixing the problem and have no wish to listen to their customers. And I have no wish to give them my money.<br /><br /> Business is so easy to conduct.. simple policy.<br />Give your customers the best possible service you can with the best possible price and they will throw money at you. Now sure, everybody wants something for nothing, but screwing your customers to pay every cent they can afford is not what I call a quality service.
