Brilliant! As usual your dreams have so much meaning to me.

Though it is your dream and totally yours to interpret and determine, I can say some of the things that I think about it...

For one thing, in my dreams vehicles are symbols for the physical body. The other people in the dream are various aspects of the self with those in the vehicle probably as the most current and present aspects.

The building may represent your current life and the structure of it - a place to learn and receive treatments.

To me, the woman of authority with hands on (ample, ha ha) hips is one of your authority aspects. She is very bossy with such big hips in which to condescendingly place her hands. She is trying to warn you against using your intuition and to continue to defer to and rely solely on outside sources and the learning and belief systems hierarchy of this lifetime. These dream figures of authority seem to be parts of the ego, and the ego doesn't want to lose any of its authority, though the higher-self speaks from an eternity of knowledge through your intuition.

To me, the west (where the sun sets) is symbolic of death, or rather, the passing from physicality and the fears attendant to this - "change".

Though the scenario interestingly mirrors a coming disaster that many people are dreaming of (including me), with the meteorite and fire, etc., I think the main gist of the dream is about intuition vs. formal procedures. And I like the way you found the hip swaying to be amusing and that you felt good about having trusted your own instincts. content
