How do you all feel about the Ouija board?
Do you think the Ouija is a toy or a tool? Safe or dangerous? I personally believe it is all the above.
I won't mess with one. When I was a child some of my relatives had a Ouija board. I never could get anyone to sit down and be serious about it. They seemed more interested in giggling and teasing than even playing with it. I never understood that.
When I grew up, I played on one with my husband, he was as serious about it as I was. The board gave an accurate prediction of a tragic death. We've never touched an Ouija board since. It was really unsettling.

I noticed on a past post or two in my forum search, where Alisa mentioned tarot cards, a psychic circle and a pendulum.
I've heard of tarot cards. I don't know anything about them though.
A psychic circle is new to me. I took a moment and looked it up to see what it looks it. It's looks quite complicated.
Is tarot cards and/or the psychic circle fairly accurate? Do they carry the same stigma about opening doors and windows as the Ouija board does? Any reports of demons latching on to the users or participants?

What about the pendulum? How does it work? I've heard it mentioned in passing, but never heard any pros or cons about it.

I'm just wondering out loud here. I don't have anything specific in mind. I just wanted to discuss these items and see if you think they're useful tools or dangerous taboos.
