Do you use sun screen?

A major UK Biobank study tracking over 470,000 people has revealed that frequent sunscreen users face dramatically higher risks of every major form of skin cancer.

Invasive melanoma risk rose 292%. Melanoma in situ jumped 258%. Basal cell carcinoma increased 140%. Squamous cell carcinoma rose 126%.

These elevated risks held even after researchers adjusted for skin type, time outdoors, sunburn history, and other key factors.
