It's on 12/May with 19/May now also listed - It's still ongoing and I doubt there will be an outcome very soon.

Any more new on the court case.<br />The wife is pestering me as she wants her home channels back. I see UBI has done a excellent job of the Spanish channels all we hope now is UBI can do similiar to the Balkans package

Blame greedy Tv plus for this mess.

I have a feeling TV Plus will lose. If this were an open and shut case, they would have won a long time ago. I hope they lose -- it would serve them right for acting like bullies and trying to establish a monopoly.<br /><br />I've been reduced to watching MKTV since UBI temporarily pulled the plug on BKTV, but it's OK -- I got to watch the Eurosong competition last Saturday night, for the first time after 15 years. With all the MKTV I'm watching, I'm also learning a new language :-)

It all depends on what evidence they want to present to court, so the lenght of the case is no indicator. It might as well mean that TV Plus is presenting more evidence so have a better chance of winning. But you never know. Its hard for us to speculate as we have no detailed information on the case.<br /><br />I don't really care who wins, but after all since TV Plus was competent enough to sign an exclusive contract, they have the right to enforce it. I see nothing wrong on what they are doing. Business is business.

Yes but at the end of the day the customer is getting screwed, I will say it again I would like to see UBI and TV plus carry the channels but I have a feeling that Tv plus Don't want it this way. See Tv plus to survive want NO COMPETITION AT ALL!!!!!.

Even without competition I highly doubt they will survive.

For Tv plus its 1+1= 2.5 trust me they will need 3 to survive

yeah i think so too...there needs to be competition..but tv plus knows there is not enough room for 2 companies to run the balkans.....

I guess Serbs, must have done something wrong to God to treat us this way. I might think it has something to do with the communism in the country that tried to rip people away from their religion by forbidding them to go to church and to celebrate their name day.<br />I just don't understand why we never get treated equally. How much is a UBI Arab customer paying for his 20 channels and the rumour around now is they will be getting good english channels all in the same price.<br />Thats what we look at not 4 channels for $65.<br />Please UBI Get all the rest and some of us will concider.
