OP bjh Space Cadet B Joined: Nov 2004 Posts: 20	Since yesterday, no arabic channel is available (I also found that turkish channels as well not available, while macedonian exists?).<br /><br />I called UBI yesterday and they said that the engineers are working to fix this problem and that it will be fixed around mid day tomorow (which is today). He confirmed that this is a UBI problem?<br /><br /> <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/default/frown.gif" /> <br /><br />LiskiTV, can you please confirm that this is the case and it's gonna be fixed today. There is an important soccer match tonight and I hope that I won't miss it <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/default/frown.gif" />

This country has consumer affair to deal with these problems.This should be an example for new coming customers.

Liski Mission Pilot Level 3 Joined: Oct 2004 Posts: 1,684 UBI HQ	mr_mixer,<br /><br />Not sure where your getting 2-3 days but try like 28 hours.<br /><br />If you have Black Screen:<br /><br />- Unplug your decoder from the power point for 60sec<br /><br />- Switch on and then leave the decoder on Stand By (Red Light) for 60sec<br /><br />This should fix the problem.<br /><br />As per the UBI Terms & Condiditions it states:<br /><br />3.2 We shall not liable to you for any delay or interruption of the Service, changes in programming or any programming errors.
