Hey Tracesat Brisbane You did a lot advertising in the begin of this forum to I View, and where is I View perfomance?.<br /><br />Do you know any fresh news on what is going on with TVN Chile?

I sent so many emails to this people and the only thing i got back is that They can not use I-VIEW as trade name there is another company with that name in Melbourne and once again legal issue.So my friend your guess is good as mine only hoping that one day it will come back.

What surprised me is how come TVChile is actually sending people to i-view web's site for further info.....If TVChile went to the trouble of having that info on its web site is because the deal was almost done....now that iview has changed name what does TVChile think about this???? do they know of this change???? Has anyone informed them????

there new name is SELECTV <br /><br />they have registered the new buisness name and also a web domain has been registered also for the SELECTV name

the deal are almost signed and all but everyone must remember this is a business that poped up 3 months ago. <br /><br />as phill said once you have to go to different countries sign contracts, have lawyers go and see if the law is ok and it all takes time. maybe it a done deal with tv chile and others but it will take at least 3 more months to get everything done well.

I can't go without saying that TV Chile was pritty good and it would be good to have it back.<br />As for the present latino package UBI is offering to the Latin community it is not all that good really.<br />Apart from TVE, TELEFE and the CLatino the rest is not worth it. So we would end paying for three chanels and on top if the transmission is going to be of the same quality that we have seen during the test piriod, well............. what can I say?
