Having subscribed to Russian Channels with Horizon World + Tv on PAS8 , I was surprised to find they are prompt and most helpful. <br />1. Checked compatability with their Irdeto card with my proposed future purchase of Manhattan 350. They put me through to their Tech who gave me the all clear. (Receiver suitable)<br />Once I received their card I needed to ring them to get card activated. Rang 6.30 pm one night and got answering machine.(Thought no hope till the next morning .) To my amazement with 5 minutes got call back and card activated in 30 seconds. <br /><br />2. Today 9th November woke up 7 am to find 3 channels breaking up and unwatchable. Rang once I got to work to see WTF was going on. They told me service was reset at 9am and everything was back to normal. A quick call to the Missus <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/default/smile.gif" /> confirmed service back to normal around 9am.<br /><br /> <br />A pay service that actually does not treat you like a number.<br /><br />A++ Plus .for customer service. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/default/smile.gif" />

The uplink in Israel normally rings me up sometimes when they have problems and I don't even charge them and I have never receive one thanks from them.<br />Now that good service too. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/default/smile.gif" /> I hope there is a next time. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/default/smile.gif" />

It will be interesting to see if NTV America will remain on PAS8 with Horizon TV. My World Plus TV (NSS6) claims that they now have exclusive rights to NTV in New Zealand/Australia. On another forum someone stated that NTV will be FTA for one month on NSS6 shortly in MyWorld Plus package. Interesting times ahead. Seems these two suppliers of the Russian Channels are butting heads again as a while ago they fought over the rights for Broadcasting 'Channel One' Russia with Horizon TV (PAS8) getting exclusive rights to that.

Yes read about NTV also they both claim exclusive rights to NTV wonder who will win this time LOL <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/default/grin.gif" />
