Hi all, how are you all.<br /><br />I believe in Sydney Australia there has to be more Spanish Channels i could write out about a list of 50, but whats that gonna do, the bastards at the Sattelite aint gonna give a shit they dont give a shit about what people want, maybe they only give a shit about what they're friends wanna watch, as ive said before i could name a couple channels they wont come cause they wont give a shit, for example i called UBI ages ago like 1year ago, and said that there needs to be more spanish channels, they replied 'yes were thinking of bringing more spanish future' its been a year and still nothing, why cant they stop lieing to us and say we cant cause were (think of an excuse), Noe theres another company bringing spanish channels right, and theres a channel from URUGUAY, VTV, right, and i said to UBI look theres another company around and theyve got VTV Uruguay coming soon, and they also got TV Chile, and UBI goes theyve reserved those channels so we cant bring them", i reckon UBI is full of shit, because i think they dont wanna work, as i saw earlier there waas a channel gone, did they fix it straight away, no they wanna satisfy themselves and they dont care if we want the channels, they only care they get the $60 every month, they dont give a shit if you see a channel or not.<br />Because they get satisfaction out of the $60 per month, which they probably get a shit load of money each month with people paying the $60 each month.<br />There are some people getting ripped off, did you all know that (Theyre ****ing bastards i tell ya) theyre charging $60 a month to whoever no matter how many channels they got <br /><br />eg. TV Colombia was off-air and it took TV Colombia some time to get the channel back on-air for UBI.<br /><br />Signing a new channel can take days, weeks or even months to sort out the terms & conditions for their broadcast. The 2 channels you’ve mentioned have signed an exclusive agreement with SelecTV so UBI is not full of shit – they told you the truth.<br /><br />You might have a list of 1000 channels that UBI or any other company can add but have you thought about the need for a "international feed" required? Hence the delay in getting Mega, Alpha, Star, Sigma and Alter Globe (the Greek channels) a special feed was required for our region.<br /><br />You might think UBI is a rip-off but that is your a opinion and your entitled to that. But also factor in the cost of bringing the channel from point A to point B. Also factor in that when the basic English channels are added there will be no change in the monthly cost.<br /><br />It’s sad to see that your not happy with the UBI service being provided – at the end of the day it’s the customers choice wether to subscribe with UBI or any other ethnic pay-tv company.

Think of FOXTEL, how much money they ripoff people and how you cant choose which channels u want to watch and they say what packages you can choose. A company cannot live on just the channels you want, they have to include others as well. So in terms what UBI offers for their service all channels for $60 a month is a good deal, compared with foxtel and their prices.

I'm paying $63 a month to get the "digital" expirence minus any movie channels... It's for the folks but imo that's alot of money for low level class channels.<br /><br />Give me Preslava and I'm good.

They ofcause Chilean community is also big. anyways i hope for the best as i want the Uruguayan channels.

Look what happened to Galaxy Pay TV when it folded back in the mid ninties, the receivers came in and wound down Galaxy Pay tv and the receiver accidently deducted over a thousand dollars from some of the customers by mistake and it took months for the people to get their money back and thats after hundreds of phone calls and letters.<br />And that is true most older people don't have credit cards and would be offended by being discrimated against by not having one. Hey Phil didn't you put a complaint to the Anti discrimation board about a company and got away with it for the above.

yes music man i think your right thats why i don't like that option. and yes Sharp i have both UBI and now Selectv. Selectv is more for the Uruguayan channel and tvchile. <br /><br />and UBI the movies and Telefe.

Its to much money to have both UBI and Select how much are you paying for both or have you got one of those lucky UBI boxes that you don't need to pay.
