Reality Shifter Reading hundreds of experiences of the wondrous possibilities is a reality shifter itself...I'll include excerpts of my favorites. Here's the first one: Money Appears In My Hand
I believe that our awareness of our own creative nature becomes more acute as we become more conscious. Several years ago I spent a weekend in Phoenix at an intensive spiritual workshop. I left the group in a blissful, joy-filled state... a much higher level of consciousness than I usually experience. I stopped for gas in my rental car at a gas station, and went inside the store part of the station to pay the cashier after I filled the tank. As I was paying her, I realized that I was creating the money with which I was paying her! I realized that the bills were coming into being as I handed them to her. A handful of coins appeared in my hand, and I knew that it would be the correct amount of change required... and what is more I knew that the cashier was aware that I was aware of what was going on and was enjoying it all. Without thinking much about it, I simply knew this was a moment of "higher self" awareness for both of us. Because of my spiritual training I am able to remember the experience. I know that the cashier does not (because nothing "unusual" actually happened from her perspective). Since we normally live in 3D consciousness, we create belief systems with our minds to explain where money (and everything else) comes or doesn't come from.
Sometimes these explanations just don't make "sense". It is then that we have anomalies...and stories to tell. I believe that this will become more and more common as our paradigm continues to shift. Your website is a wonderful contribution toward our realization of the nature of our developing consciousness.

Grapefruit Appears
Many years ago while living in Madison, Wisconsin, I got up very early just as the sun was coming up. I had an intense craving for a grapefruit, but it was too early for the neighborhood co-op to be open, so I tried to forget about it. I went for a walk, thinking about what a beautiful day it was. As I was walking along, I glanced down in the grass near the sidewalk to see a beautiful grapefruit. I looked around in disbelief, but there was no one around who might have brought it to me. I picked up the grapefruit and walked down to the lake to eat it. I really don't think that piece of fruit was from this world. It was the best grapefruit I've ever tasted. It was incredible.

Attracting It All
As I've been paying magnified attention to things the last couple of weeks, it has amazed me at the things I've created, some almost instantaneously! One day I went shopping, wanting to get Cheerios and turning around to see there was a gold Cheerios box right in front of me (on the wrong -- but right -- shelf), and wanting to get some tortilla chips and looking up and again to find that they too were right there. I wanted a specific color and brand of acrylic paint for a project, and found the bottles with ease (after being told none was available). And as I had a sort of guided meditation the other day, I saw myself in a place full of multicolored floating spheres, kind of like bubbles but more the size of balls. After the meditation I found I kept running into 2-D images that were similiar, and so for fun I asked for a 3D manifestation. A little later I went to a machine shop to pick up a part for my mate, and I looked down and there was a piece of clear material encasing several seemingly floating silver balls. I almost paid no attention, but got a nudge and then had to grin. But for fun again I said, "Okay, but how about some 3D "floating balls" with color?" Well, I ran into bubbles, children blowing bubbles that gleamed with swirls of color, and I thought it was funny that their mom had about ten more bottles of bubbles with her! Later, as my son drifted off in my arms I clicked on the television to see, you guessed it, flaoting colored balls. But I grinned and said "Universe, I asked for 3D!" to which I got a visual of my walk through the grocery store earlier and my son pointing eagerly, almost desperately, at a huge cage full of mulitcolored bouncy balls! I'd missed that one at the time, but the Universe HAD delivered!
The next day, as I laid with my son to get him to take a nap, I went back to the floating balls in my mind and this time "picked" them, like ripe cherries or apples. And as I did so, saw them linked to happy abundance, and asked the Universe to bring me a physial reflection, a manifestation. Well.. my mate came in that afternoon to tell me our strawberry patch had gone crazy - there were tons of strawberries where the day before there hadn't seemed to have been any! I've been picking and canning preserves and baking up a storm ever since (about 12 gallons of strawberries later), and we're not done yet - there's more to be picked! All this from a patch that we expected to be somewhat dormant this year.
Not only is this a fun game, but the more I play like this, the more it sinks in that I attract it ALL. At first this was a little overwhelming - I used it as an excuse to beat myself up (as in "Well, you attracted it, can't blame anyone else..."). But as I see myself shift my wanting, and thereby my manifestations, in these games, it is getting easier to do it with other things. I had run into a rude salesperson at the machine shop I spoke of before, so this time I pre-paved and asked for a nice fellow, even a cheery one. And I got it! He even let me take a part home without paying just to check if the size was right! And it goes further - I am thinking a good thought, that feels wonderful, and I ask for more like it, even better thoughts, and I find I am "hit" throughout the day with expanding, joyful thoughts.

Money Fell From the Sky
On one windy Fall afternoon, I was walking along the main street of my hometown. The trees had just changed color, and it was so beautiful. I thought I would do some window shopping downtown, because I love to look in the windows and see the displays of the local merchants. I don't think I had any money with me. I am the sort of person who feels that, "If I have money in my pockets or purse, great. If I don't, it doesn't really matter." Anyway, I was walking along the sidewalk, and for some reason I started to look down. I then looked up away from me, and saw a $20.00 bill coming toward my hand! It just flew right into my hand! I was so happy, so I treated myself out to lunch at one of the nice little tea rooms. It was a beautiful afternoon. I was treated by the universe!

Time Shifting
A few years ago I had a job driving to Ashland, Oregon, twice a week. The commute for this job took much time, but was pleasing to me. I started experimenting around with time travel. I said a mantra, and then saw the time I wanted to arrive at a place in my mind... and then created a kind of worm hole... or like in time shifter series... with a center and seeing myself going through it. I wouldn't turn on the radio or watch the car clock, so as not to disturb my intention. It was amazing and so much fun to arrive at places earlier then I should have been there.
One time I went on my travels and had many stops on the way home, but kept doing my mantra... and arrived back home at such an early hour that my boss couldn't believe I had even been gone. I was working on doing it over and over until I actually got back just after I left, so I would still have the day to do other things. I didn't get quite to that point when I left the job, but was getting interestingly close.
Another time I had an appointment at a city that was at least 45 minutes away, and I was rushing. It was important that I get there on time, so I did my time travel thing and got there in 19 minutes. Plenty of time... so I began to understand our "illusion" of time. And these times I did this, I simply traveled at the normal rate of speed as was allowed by the traffic rates... as I don't like speeding tickets... and while it seemed like I was traveling just like other people, somehow, I always get there faster.

A Mystic Gas Cap
I was working at a Buddhist temple in California helping temple members cross the road near a busy intersection. Then, when there were no more members going to the temple to pray, I just stood there relaxing. I looked under my feet and saw that there was a gasoline cap lying near the curb. I picked it up and looked it it. It was brand new and shiny. I just kept toying with it.
Then, out of the blue, a car pulled over and parked near where I stood. Two people walked out of it and headed somewhere ( obviously not members of the temple). I then noticed that the car had a gascap missing. I then took the gascap I held in my hand and tried to screw it onto the gas tank. It fit perfectly.
As soon as I put it on, the two people returned, got into the car and left. The whole thing just took about five minutes.

The Greatest 40th Birthday
I turned forty not so long ago, and was kind of sad that nothing much was happening to mark that year of my life. I was hoping that my life was going to give me something for my birthday.
Then, a few months later, I was offered a job in Kuwait. I went there and started working as a teacher. Months passed, and then something remarkable happened. I started seeing the number 40 everywhere I went -- on posters, on flags hanging from buildings -- everywhere. Then I learned that it was the 40th anniversary of Kuwait's Independence.
As weeks went by, the country changed to a very festive mood. Skyscrapers had windows lit up in sich a way that a number 40 would be formed. Electric garlands were all around the city. Fireworks were being shot into the air. 40! 40! 40! I had pictures, placards and billboards scream at me every place I went. I was 40 years old, on the other side of the world, walking around in daze among the biggest birthday bash I could ever have.
I did not know anything about Kuwait before I went there, much less that our birthdays coincided.

Walking Through Glass Door
In 1986, I once walked through a large double glass door front entry when entering St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, Idaho. I was on my way to see a good friend who lay in a coma there, totally unaware of the big glass closed entry door, because it was clean and my mind and heart were totally focused ahead of me in love & concern for Betsy on the 5th floor. As I went mindlessly through - it both felt like a mini shattering blitz-out and like my atoms all attuned with the glass and reformed themselves on the inside of the door. I was through the door and on the inside before I realized I had walked through without opening the door. I thought for a split second, "WOW I just became that glass!"
A few people were coming through the door, opening it behind me. I must have looked dazed and startled because they came up to me asking, "How'd you do that?" I answered, "I don't know. I didn't know it was closed."
Consciously, to this day, I cannot tell you for sure how this happened, except to say that most of what I do that is phenomenal is done while I am operating on 'auto pilot' - kind of like how we use unconscious or sub-conscious skills while driving a car in a pinch situation. The thing about the 'auto pilot' phenomenon is that some part of YOU WHO KNOWS takes over in that moment. I felt NO TIME to fear or think ABOUT anything. I was in a 'going forth' mind-set.
I can also tell you that in that particular 'time window' I was playing with the idea that we are all 'creating' our own experience of life itself - every step of the way - whether we realize it or not. However THE DAY OF THE GLASS DOOR I was 100% focused on my friend and 'the me who writes with you' here and now was already up in her room at her bedside. It is like my body was following my spirit as fast as it could -- damn the torpedoes & the glass doors! You could say it happened by accident, but 'they say' there are no accidents. I say it happened because I didn't know it couldn't.

Moving Squirrel Town
I live in the woods, near Yosemite National Park, where we have an abundance of wild life. Bears, mountain lions, deer, bobcats, plenty of rattlesnakes and little critters of all kinds. I had a group of ground squirrels living near my home that started to become a nuisance. These ground squirrels are not unlike tree squirrels, except they burrow into the ground and make hundreds of pesky little holes about 4 inches in diameter. Well, I am ashamed to say that I took my shotgun and started killing them. I had to quit doing that, though, because it bothered my conscience too much. I thought about asking High Self to make them go away, but deep down I knew the critters had more right to be here than I did.. I was the interloper, not them. My house was built right where they wanted to dig... so they dug.
Then it dawned on me to simply go out into the middle of Squirrel Town, introduce myself properly to all the little squirrels and simply explain that their digging was interfering with my life. "I can't move my house, so I would like for you all to move out on the side of a hill not too far away. 50 yards maybe." I walked out to the hill, while telling all the little squirrels what a wonderful new place this would be for them to burrow into.
What can I say? In two days the squirrels, every one of them, left the vicinity of my house and moved out there to the side of the hill that is now literally full of holes.
I told this story to a lady I knew to be quite metaphysical and spiritual, like myself. She said she did much the same thing in a rental place she had moved into that was infested with cockroaches. She said the next morning all the cockroaches were gone. She simply asked them to leave and they did.

Small But Delightful Shift
I sleep in the daytime mostly (work nights). One of my favorite things to do is wake up about an hour early,go get a cup of coffee and put it on an electric coaster by the bed, doze for awhile and then wake up slowly with my coffee. Its one of my happy times of the day-total indulgence. I always had an extension cord to the coaster because there was no electrical outlet close enough. There was a phone jack there(behind the bed) that I never have used because people tend to call and wake me up.
Last week my Rott(en)weiler pup chewed through the extension cord.( I hope he unplugged it first- he seems fine). I went two days without my little routine and finally decided that I'd have to go out sleepy or not and buy another cord. Before I ever had a chance to go I dropped something and had to scoot the bed over to get it--and the phone jack was not there, but an electrical outlet WAS. YIPPEE! Now I'm back to spoiling myself when I wake up- but with an extra happy thankfulness that makes the day even better!

Breathing Under Water
My reality shift story is a little bit different than most. I have memories as young as two years old, and that includes dreams I remember and could easily distinguish from reality. Well, when I was around three or four years old, I learned how to swim. Part of what made swimming so easy for me, and so enjoyable, was that I could breathe underwater. This seemed normal to me until I heard that somebody else couldn't do it, so I told my mom "I can breathe underwater."
"No you can't. You were just dreaming," she said to me.
The next time I went swimming, I took my usual underwater breath and was surprised by the rush of water into my lungs. Fortunately, it wasn't damaging and I just coughed a bit. The real damage was to my spirit. I guess you could say that ever since that day my reality shifted back to "reality," I've been trying to re-learn how to breathe underwater again.
Note from Cynthia: Wow, Chris, I love your story! Reading this reminds me of when I was young, and noticed that rain would start and stop when I thought or said "rain start" or "rain stop." It worked perfectly every time... that is, until I went to demonstrate this to my mom, at which point it stopped working. I sometimes wonder just how many amazing things we could do if nobody ever told us we couldn't. Considering the phenomenal power of the placebo effect, it's clear to me that we can easily do much, much more than most people consider possible. I have a hunch that your story will help remind people of some of the marvelous things they used to be able to do... before someone told them they couldn't.

Cloak of Invisibility
My partner used to think I was nuts. Well he still does, but not because of the invisibility thing any more. After I saved him from a couple of speeding tickets, including one where the cop had U-turned to come after him, he has since learned to do it for himself.
In the beginning, it was almost a two step process for me, because I had to get my emotions under control before I could become invisible. I think that what happens is that I just become uninteresting to those I've targeted, so they don't realize that I'm there. If I'm afraid or worried about being seen, then my emotional signature is too strong to hide and I'm sure to be spotted. Later after I gained confidence in my skill, it was as simple as saying to myself, unobserved, unobserved, unobserved.
In the first step I would take a few moments to notice if I felt at risk of getting a ticket. I would just, kind of check in with my intuition and see how I felt about it, and then I would say, unobserved, unobserved, unobserved, and imagine arriving at my destination quickly and happily. Then every time I would see a police car I would repeat my trigger word, unobserved, two or three more times and just project a blankness.
My skill got better when I forgot to check in with my intuition and then saw a police car, but decided to try it anyway. Sure enough it still worked, if I could get my emotions back to neutral.
Then I told my partner about it. He gave me the ol' horse laugh, but consented to let me try working my magic on him. Mostly it was while he was driving around town. Then we got in, a couple of hours early on a 12 hour cross country drive. I'd been practicing while he raced the long straight stretches of road at 120 mph. He was still skeptical, but willing to consider I 'might' have done something.
A few days later on the way back, he was speeding when a police cruiser pulled a high speed U-turn behind him and he panicked. I had to yell at him to calm down and punch him in the shoulder to get him to pay attention to me. Then I did my thing and after the cruiser followed us for a few miles, he took off and left us be. That convinced my partner I was on to something, and he started practicing it too. Neither of us has had a speeding ticket in years now, but we don't drive any slower.
I have found that this works the same for any of the senses. I've used this to get very close to animals in the wild, or to pass, unobserved, by obnoxious people or dogs.
