For a short time, almost each night, I've heard the sound of clicking comming from inside my room. One click, then another, spaced out by about a second. it's very loud I admit, but I cant see anywhere that it would be comming from.

Through private convosations, Alisa has told me that the clicking is usually connected with interdimentionality(sp?). I've had contact with a 'god', or powerful spirit for some time, and wander if it could be him, or somthing else.

Last night, I heard it again, and couldent sleep. After I'd got off the bed, and wandered about my room a bit, I felt suddenly very tired. Climbing onto my bed again, I stood up on it, to look around, searching for a rular, and felt somthing physically pushing me sideways, as if to push me off the bed, though wasn't strong enough.

Today, I've heard a loud grinding noise, which no one else did, and someone, my brother infact, calling my name, though when I answered, no one answered back, and he was in the study at the time.

I also experience such noises, OMJ. I can only speak for myself as to what I think they mean. Here are some of my experiences from my journal:

May 2005, Last night I was awakened at 2:00 am by a quick, one second buzz that seemed to come from my alarm clock. The sound was different to my alarm clock buzz though, and I felt instantly sure that it was set up by my guides. I wondered why they wanted me awake right then, but I ended up falling back to sleep.

May 2005, At 4:00 a.m. I heard electronic beeping noises that came in a particular pattern and lasted about three seconds. I decided not to worry about it and went back to sleep. Frankly, I was feeling too afraid to investigate. A bit later the exact same sounds woke me again. I felt sure the noises were in the physical but was still not at all inclined to investigate. However, I looked at the clock and it was 3:52 a.m. I wondered how this could be when I first awoke at 4:00 a.m., or so I thought. I still do not know why I had time discrepancies, nor do I know what made the noises. I checked my mobile phone in the morning to see if that was the culprit, but there were no new messages that might have made the noise.

June 2005, I was awakened at 6:00 a.m. by a clicking noise that repeated a few seconds later. I knew instantly it was a spiritual nudge...I feel the clicking is intentional and wakes me up at a ripe time for delta brainwaves. It is an opportunity to interact with the spirit realm.

July 2005, I was awakened by a night time clicking again. I felt beings around me giving me messages and willing to help me with my interest of that time (which was a conscious partial spirit exit from body).

September 2005, I was practicing stepping back and forth across the border of sleep and waking consciousness when I heard the familiar repetitive clicking noise in the room (sounds a bit like the click of an automatic cigarette lighter or a ballpoint pen). It startled me. I then saw something on the ceiling. I want to say what that something was, but I do not know how to describe it. Probably because when I sensed it, I was in an altered state that does not directly translate to waking conscious language. It was like a yellow light, but also like a form. I panicked emerging into full stark waking consciousness. I tried to go back to sleep and I heard what sounded like a small chain drop to the floor. Egads! I decided I did not want any more experiences as it was now after 1:00 a.m. and I wanted to sleep. I know there was something or some things in my room that I experienced. Not to say that those things are not always around and I just do not sense them while awake. I do not know.

October 2005, I woke at 3:30 a.m., and as I fell back to sleep, I was alerted to a clicking sound at the side of the bed, which I knew meant someone (spirit) was standing beside me.

October 2005, I have just read Whitely Streiber's book Breakthrough and found many similarities of his that corresponded with mine. One example is when Whitley was awakened in the middle of the night by beeping sounds that he could not find the source for but that were connected with the visitors. This beeping and/or clicking wakes me at times and I have interpreted it as a chance to practice conscious exit or receive a message from my guides.

I have also been wakened in the night by foot steps and other various noises, and all seem to be at ripe times to experience some sort of spiritual thing. My opinion is that it is purposeful.

I have also felt myself "hit", but not hard or hurting, just a spiritual slap to the bottom of my feet and other various places. Often a big boom as if someone did a cannonball dive onto the bed. And my favourite is the little pats I feel along my body sometimes. Lots of little things I could add that would just make this post longer.

One thing I haven't experienced like you, is having my name called. Yet I read this happens to lots of people. Maybe I have too many syllables.

Anything else happen of late regarding these noises? Or any more conjecture?

I can also relate to the 'clicking' sound. I have heard it as an external noise just by my left ear. Mostly heard when I am in bed at night.

Here are just some things that I have experienced:

Having my name called

Being gently touched by unseen hands

'cobweb' feeling over the face

pressure over crown area on head

Being in a room and the sudden loud crack sound being heard.

Waking in the night and being aware of many pairs of hands working on my body after I requested healing.

Awaking in the night and the feeling of bolts of energy being shot into my body through the crown area.

Hearing the sound of singing in the night near my right ear, but not able to discern where it is coming from, or what is being sang.

I just wonder if these things are more common than we think they are and in general, people do not speak about such phenomena, if they have experienced them

Also, you make a good point that quite possibly people just don't really list these things out and share them, and maybe quite a few others are experiencing similar.

It would be interesting to know how common is this kind of phenomena that we have already mentioned.

On the note of singing, as I read in one post, I have somthing to say:

Last night, I heard the most beautiful music, played by an instroment I've never heard before. I'm not even sure if it was an instroment, but it was beautiful never the less. When my concentration became more, it faded, so I tried, and managed, to keep my concentration off, and my mind clear, to listen to the music.

And I would participate also!

That is a fascinating experience, OMJ. I think it is cool that you realized to suppress your concentration to prolong the experience. Wish you could actually share the music with us.

It is interesting you heard singing also OMJ. The singing I heard was of a very ethereal nature, quite high pitched.

I have heard of other examples of singing that seem to be emanating from a different dimension.

Here's some of my experiences:

buzzing by my ear that seemed just like a bee, but also seemed to go right in my ear and down my neck making it ticklish. that ususally happens when I'm concentrating on some task.

I have been awakened by "someone" saying my name in my ear

Electric guitar music that seemed to be right in the room with me, and quite loud too, but only I was awakened by it

feeling the presence of someone who was sending me total joy! it was amazing! I let them know I could feel them and what they were sending me. It made me incredibly happy and giddy too!

Being poked in the back while I was doing dishes - I was pretty sure it was my deceased mom, because I was totally thinking about her at the time.

Hearing footsteps climb the stairs and feeling the presence stop at my bedroom door as if they were watching me.

Something being thrown at me, or jumping at me (I'm not quite sure) but my instantaneous thought, when I was jumping out of the way, was that it was a cat. When it came by me, it was at the height of my head and continued down to the floor, but there was no evidence of anything being thrown, and there was no cat there either.

I could feel a presence in my bedroom, and when I asked it too, it would nudge my bed. That person also made me feel happy and giddy too.

Late at night when everyone's in bed, it sounds like someone having a cup of coffee in my kitchen. I can hear the cup touch the table. I've never found anyone there when I went to investigate. Yes, I'm the type that hears a noise and has to check it out lol, like the first girl who "gets it" in the horror movies lol.

I think I hear the clicking noise too, but always put it off because of the type of handles I have on my nightstand. They are like little hinge type handles and could get stuck in the up position, only to fall down later with the clicking noise, at least that's what I've always passed it off to be. I think from now on, I'll pay more attention to it!

The ear buzzing is very interesting, especially that it travels down your ear canal in such a physically-seeming way. It makes me think of chi energy.

And the electric guitar! That is an interesting modern take on the many experiences through the ages of people hearing spiritual music.

That the spirits nudge and poke you -- wow! Extra validation that they are indeed there.

I envy the experience where you were receiving the stream of joy! I can truly imagine that and would love to feel that.

Hey FJ! I read your expiriences, and would like to add some more of mine! but before I do, I believe my old house was "infested" with a troublesome spirit, and used to hear the cups clicking too! And usually many places and cups being moved all at once. I used to also hear them climb the steps, and walk across the landing. When I was young, like five/six, I used to call mum, and ask who had walked across the landing, anyway:

I've heard scratching around my room, starting from beside my bed, to beside my computer, to close to the door.

I've heard someone knock against the window.

I've had someone grope my leg, though I was alone.

I've had someone call my name several times, and seen one of them while in a half-sleeping state.

I've had someone(s) with many hands stroke and press on my wounds hard, though it not being painful. Pleasureable infact.

I've had someone sit on the end of my bit, on my feet like. I personally feel it was my deas cat Mindie, who used to sit in exactly the same place.

These all happened in my NEW house, not my old one. Bad things happened in my old house X.x
