As the server runs off the NTP server, it's adjusted time is always AEDT / AEST automatically.
We used to run the forum -10 or -11 hours depending on daylight savings (so it was running UTC /GMT). It's messing up with the live feeds for daylight savings changes.
We now run the forum synced to server time, if your AEST / AEDT no changes necessary ofr daylight savings.
Everyones profile has the time offset set to 0 hours. So just change this to -x hours depending where you are.
