A magnitude 4.2 earthquake near Fayrōz Kōh, Chaghcharan, Ghowr, Afghanistan, was reported 37 minutes ago by India's National Center for Seismology (NCS), considered the main national agency that monitors seismic activity in this part of the world. The earthquake occurred at an intermediate depth of 110 km beneath the epicenter early morning on Saturday, March 19th, 2022, at 5:53 am local time.
