The theme of my night was - how can I transition to orbit the "new mother", the dark star/sun, as smoothly as possible. This seemed to be the theme of my dreams as well as the information I gathered in between, and the visuals I saw of the orbit as an animation or as if from afar.

I had a thought at one point, "I could leave the orbit of the current sun if I destroyed it," to which I received the realization of, "No, no, no," there are better ways (than destruction). The desire was for smoothness in transition.

I don't know if the whole earth and all inhabitants will make the transition. I do know that it is a transition that will be very good, and more wondrous/joyful than orbiting the "old mom" red sun. It's a step forward in progression.

And interestingly, my son began talking about an "old mom" and "new mom" after watching the last Harry Potter film a month ago and seeing Hermoine as a mother in it. He started calling her "old mom" and me "new mom", which was interesting and strange, as are all the funny things he comes up with, but I didn't know why this idea came to him and stuck as it did. I figured his dad had given him this idea, but D says he did not and that it is a concept my son came up with on his own. So it seems yet another prophetic sync from him (like the meteorite he has talked about).

In the portion of dreams that I remember from last night, I was going to the final days of high school. In the dream, I had gone from trendy and pretty when I first went to school, to very plain un-vain. A friend from school, Laura, was coming to pick me up. She had always been plain because her mother wouldn't let her dress impractically, but now she was more free and able to dress in fashion so she was dressing up a bit. It rekindled my memory of my fashionable years, so moments before school, I began digging through my old stuff trying to find things I'd like and would make me look pretty. Unfortunately, I became very sidetracked in this pursuit and thus was not going to be ready to go on time when Laura arrived. In fact, I had become rather unconscious and put my vehicle up on stilts (it made sense in the dream) so it would be out of the way and easy to work on. But then I realized that there was no known way to get it down from these stilts without crashing or destroying the car. I wondered why I put it up there so mindlessly without a thought for getting it down. In fact, it was like a punch in the guts to realize suddenly how innocent, yet wasteful this act had been. It was my old car that I didn't care a lot about, and I usually got a ride with Laura now, but still, it was my vehicle, and probably the only one I had.

I asked my stepdad how I could get the car down now, figuring if anyone knew, he would. But he did not know. I wondered why stilts were even made available (since they seemed such a folly). Now I was late for school, my vehicle was hopelessly stuck up on stilts, all my calmness and feeling of mastery being at the end of high school was perturbed. But I think I looked a bit pretty versus plain.

I feel this dream was in response to my strong question last night as I looked in the mirror before bed and thought, �Why can't I be a bit thinner and prettier? What's the harm? �Vehicle = body in my dream, and I interpret the message to be that fussing over the body's attractive/trendiness is folly.
