Moderate magnitude 4.5 earthquake 79 km north of Amahai, Indonesia

An earthquake of magnitude 4.5 occurred early evening on Monday, April 20th, 2026, at 7:15 pm local time near Amahai, Kabupaten Maluku Tengah, Maluku, Indonesia, as reported by Indonesia's Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysical Agency.
