Haunted underwear

I have the habit of getting dressed in the living room so I don't wake the others by turning on the light. A couple of days ago I walked into the living room and as I sat down I saw a face staring at me from the table. It was dark (it was about 5:30 am) and there was only a dim light coming from the kitchen. I immediately grabbed my camera and took the first picture with a flash where I could see the face was just my socks and underwear. Somewhat dissapointed I took another picture without a flash and there it was again! Just to make sure I took a third one also without a flash but a different setting and again it showed up. So apparently this face was materializing with the aid of the dark and the shadows.

I think my wife is not going to be very happy if I tell her at the dinner table: pass the salt please, by the way I posted my underwear on the internet today, how was your day?

"By the way I posted my underwear on the internet today, how was your day?"

laughing2 I love it!

UR brave and cool! coolpeace Now I feel I can post my underwear should they contain spirit! vcheeky Thanks VBS! Truly, this is exactly how I see spirit (from objects in my environment) and it is very synchronistic that you have posted this great example, as I have just posted similar here. Spirit takes shape that corresponds with physical things. Spirit and physical is meshed.

Meanwhile, is there anyway you can point the face out to me. I need help seeing. slow Oh wait, never mind, I see it! omgosh Awesome.

Alisa

As a matter of fact, after looking at your post "Do you see anything?" I thought about this picture and posted it so you could see the similarity, about spirit appearing - using - ordinary objects. And yes, there is synchronicity here because of the time frame, when you posted yours and I took the picture.

Dawn mentioned the "p" word. (pareidolia). I can understand how people can "see" stuff that's not obvious or even imagine it, but how about the camera? It is capturing these images that the mind is perceiving. Is the camera somewhat linked to our perception so it catches what we are seeing too? (and not necessarily what's there?) The face was showing up in the dark but not with the flash, so there's some shadow play too. The one thing I find most interesting are the eyes, they are always so defined and are a clue that there's spirit involved.

Thank you for that explanation VBS and for verifying the sync.

I like what you said about the camera capturing the images the mind is perceiving. I like looking at it from this angle. And it reminds me of Ted Serios and his Thought Photography. I tried finding some good links to him, but not too many exist at the moment. Here's one that shows two pics. Ted Serios

Ted could "allegedly project images on unexposed film by staring into the lens of a camera with intense concentration."

Thank you for the information, I didn't know there was such a thing as thoughtography. I have seen psychic art paintings with alien landscapes and planets and stuff, but not photographs. It is also regarded as an art form. I like Fred Ressler's pictures with the shadows.

Thank you for sharing the link.

Ooo, interesting about Fred. He's basically doing what we are doing camera I feel the clearest images I've captured have also been those of stark shadow/light. Especially late afternoon shadows. It seems a magical time when the dimensions overlap and I can see more with my eyes as well.
