Guys,<br /><br />I have very intersting reply from UBI to my letter to Customer Affairs (cc. UBI). I will post it her tonight from home. The bottom line is : please send us your TARBS card number and decoder number and we will anable the service for one week and during this one week I need to reset my box to other frequncies.
