I know that because, around March this year they said they will get a popular arabic channel 'by the end of this year' it will defenitely be on TARBS Mr boulos made publicity over it saying yes will have this channel by the end of this year.. and they lied just to keep customers and put there hopes up (knew they were gonna go bust obviously), and it was shut down a few months later.<br /><br />Now let me make this clear, I'm not against UBI they are doing very well and it's great that they are able to re-build what they lost, from July till now.<br />I'm just giving you an example of what I experienced with TARBS now the same thing seems to be happening over TV chile<br />Thank you.
