Breaking News!!! Definitely .. TVN does not return with UBI, due that UBI can not accomplish with terms and conditions asked by TVN (especially in which is referring to the monthly fees of the subscribers charged by UBI to the Chilean Clients).<br /><br /><br />TVN will restart broadcasting on FTA (Free to Air) basis by second semester of 2005 which will be announce directly by TVN web site http://www.tvchile.cl/ and this DEFINITELY.
