Thanks Phil,<br />I was just venting my frustrations.<br />I know there are things going on behind the scenes, but even I know some of them. <br />That's why it's frustrating when you are trying to put some of the pieces of the jigsaw together, and the only responses you get are statements that tell you nothing (just like politicians).<br /><br />Can you at least tell us the total number of Balkan channels UBI expect to have.<br />And what sort of time frame before everything is up and running?
