Please provide some facts?<br /><br />In the UBI Terms & Conditions ( http://www.ubiworldtv.com/images/tc_brochure_a4.pdf) <br /><br />It states:<br /><br />3.2 We shall not be liable to you for any delay or interruption of the Service, changes in programming or any programming errors.<br /><br />This is a problem regarding Kanal D not having the broadcast rights for Australia.
