Hey all I rang Phil tonight and he explained to me what people are doing wrong. Its simple if you turn your box off at the mains at the 240volts and you turn it back on the next day and the box fires up you might not get all the chanels and he explained the reason why so all you have to do is put he box in standby mode for 30 seconds press it to turn the box on again and it remaps and all your channels will re-appear. I asked about the other problem about pixelating and its just some teething problems and it will be sorted out.
