TV+ first has to begin with it's encryption then if UBI does not comply, well it could be "lights out" again for UBI/Tarbs. Not just because of Pink or the other balkan channels, but beleive me behind the scenes UBI is sweating and has begun to bleed "dirty blood".<br /> <br /> <small>[ 08.
