Thanks, Lizard! I appreciate your openness and willingness to share your personal spirit experiences! yes

It does sound like you have the abilities you desired, to interact with spirits. ghost

When I watch TV shows about ghost hunting and mediums communicating with the deceased, I often wonder if, when something scary happens, it isn't just the spirit merely trying to make contact and the investigator's fearful interpretation. Bumps, bangs, and even pebble throwing may be the entity just trying to make itself known as requested. dunno

I have had a few experiences myself that were so confronting that it scared me to the bones, but later when I evaluated it, I realized it was just my reaction to the unfamiliar experience and my fear of the unknown.

My first such experience a few years ago was when I asked to "meet" my spirit guide (to verify that such an entity exists). That night as I tried to fall asleep, I had this nagging feeling that someone was standing by my bed. Of course my rational mind was brushing it off. But then as I relaxed just before falling asleep, a finger reached out and touched me on the forehead filling the inside of my skull with a brilliant red light! I saw it from many different angles, as if I was outside of my body and in it at the same time. I instantly screamed due to the shock, and even as I came to full waking consciousness I still saw the red light for a few more seconds.

I was frightened out of my skin, and yet my intellect reasoned with me that I had requested this experience, and that there was nothing in it except unfamiliarity to suggest that I should be afraid or that it was negative.

I ended up gingerly repeating this experiment a few times over the course of a few months, as my courage allowed paranoid , and each time I asked to experience my guide, I received some sort of physical contact that scared the bejeezus out of me, and yet was actually quite fascinating and what I had asked for.
