Oh dear, what a scary thing to happen. It's remarkable that you weren't injured worse.
That's so interesting about your observations and lack of pain. I think you're right, I think you probably did detach from your body. I think it's a second nature survival instinct in some instances of sudden trauma.

And what about the girl showing up to help. It's just amazing how she knew your boyfriend and went to him for you. I think that's synchronicity at it's finest.
