Although once in a while you come across a psychologist who give a recommendation that we the little people would agree with and the departments either ignore it and claim to have been to busy to follow it up or get a second opinion, Being that they pay someone to say what they want them to say.
As they say "money cant buy you happiness but it can buy just about everything else"
