Oh absolutely.

There is always someone else to blame.

They love it if an assessment report suits their needs... But will kick up a stink if it backs the parent.

But at the end of the day, they rely on their reports and their "feedback" and if they can pin it on another person it suits them if it keeps their noses clean.

No doubt they will forget that they love to copy their Departmental History records and get the psychologist, psychiatrist, paediatrician, intervention worker or whomever to read it before they carry out their assessment.

So regardless of whom they would wish to blame - the information always begins with DoCS.
