I have experienced some strange etheric critters in my lounge room. I think this is in part because this a room where I can relax easily. We really only use this room for watching movies so I am usually in a passive mental mode. And it's not at all unusual that I nod off in that room.

Today I was in there watching a movie and I fell asleep. The phone rang in the other room and roused me into an altered state (not asleep, but not awake). I could see the lounge room exactly as it is with my etheric eyes, but my physical eyes were closed. I reclined relaxing when suddenly a large spider (body including legs = the size of a golf ball) dropped on a line of silk. It was not near me, it came from the ceiling off to the right several feet, but the action grabbed my attention and spiders freak me out so I turned my inner vision to it as it dropped. My vision had followed it down to where it had stopped above the floor, but at that point my surprise prompted me to open my physical eyes. And I saw nothing there. But it was a calm and conscious action of mine to open my eyes, not like coming up from sleep.

I have experienced etheric spiders of all sizes (usually black and somewhat furry) drop from threads above my bed. I have even seen them crawl across the blanket on a few occasions whilst I was awake, but very relaxed, and watching TV in the dark.

Another experience in the lounge room happened while I had just dozed for a moment and felt something crawl onto my pointer finger and perch there. I looked down with my inner vision and saw it was a chameleon. It looked up at me with one of its telescopic eyes. It was such a detailed creature, so very real. But I was rather shocked to have it on me, and the feeling was so solid, that my physical eyes flew open. But again, I could not see it there (nor feel it).

Lately, I will sometimes feel movement on my legs or hands that feels like a bug or mosquito. I will look down to see nothing there. So I began experimenting and waiting to feel movement and to study the feeling before looking down. To see how real it is or if I'm letting myself get the crawlies! Waiting, I will feel it move in a definite direction, then stop, then move again. At times I am positive something is on me, but 95% of the time, I physically see nothing there. (The rest of the time it might be a physical mosquito, or fly, etc.).
