I woke around 1:00 a.m. and I was utterly freezing!

I knew I felt cold due to the fact that I was being visited by some helper entities (and I had a feeling they looked like aliens). I did not panic, but I was absolutely freezing and had to curl into a ball to try to get warm. I felt they wanted me to relax as much as possible. Then I felt the familiar pre-OBE sensations. I felt the helpers were on another level doing things to my body. I even sensed through my closed eyes the shadow of "someone" moving past my face as I bobbed roughly with inexperience between levels of consciousness.

I felt they wanted me to try to transcend my body thereby making the connection between my bodily suffering and my true state of being. If I could leave my body, I would realize how to be not sick.

It was very hard for me to hold completely still because my whole body ached from the flu, and just from holding still. I felt the separation process begin. I heard words of encouragement in different male voices, such as, "up you go," and "just a few minutes out [of body]". But I just couldn�t do it, and it made me aware of how connected I am to the density of earth and my body. I would finally have to move to get warm and comfortable. Settling back in, the procedure would start again. I knew they were trying to help me and that they were talking to me.

At one point I wondered their names and the being in charge began to introduce them. I heard his name, but can�t remember it, then "Cohen, Jennifer..." at which point I became fully conscious and did not hear the rest. There were about 6 beings; one at my head and feet, and two on each side of me.

We tried a few more times with no success. However, I felt they were not disappointed in me despite my inability to consciously exit. I knew I had progressed spiritually because of my conscious awareness and acceptance of them and the procedure.

I finally woke up fully at 3:30 a.m. I was no longer cold and I felt a bit better. I immediately received the chorus (from the Bear in the Big Blue House) "Good-bye, good-bye, good friends good-bye". I grinned knowing this was an intentional message to let me know the session was over.

As some final notes, I do feel that I received energizing treatment from the beings (I consciously remember that one touched my third-eye chakra at some stage) because I had lots of energy during the day and was able to catch up a bit on housework.
