Thanks for the post, Dawn. I have seen this explanation for the Asian video captures along with the explanation that it is an artefact of cell phones. If it is an effect of optical refraction or cell phones, it doesn't explain the many other dual sun videos.

I've noticed that there are always these attempts to rationalize new phenomenon and keep it down where it feels safe within the boundaries of what we think we already know. But what we don't know is infinite, so I usually explore and align with new possibilities, especially if they coincide with a "feeling" of truth and/or my own personally gained internal knowledge. Which is the case with dual suns for me.

However, I am interested in all varying points of view because it either adds to my theory or makes me have to rethink. And I'm interested in the truth (not just wishfulfillment). So it's all gooood.

I think that this "second sun" appears at night as a second moon.
