Tree Spirits

Whenever I see trees, I almost always see faces that appear canine or reptilian or a mix of both within the trees. I thought I'd share an example of how I "see" from my recent bushwalk photos.

I see clusters of faces, but usually there is a larger face per tree or cluster of trees that dominates my vision and actually remains the same face I see every time I look at the tree for months or years.

I have several theories about why this is, but it is something very real to me and something I enjoy experiencing.

Love 'em! This has got to be one of my favorite nature pics of yours. I see so many nature beings in this pic, that I can hardly contain my excitement happyrun! They are everywhere & just waiting to be noticed!

I have saved this pic to my computer to view in zoom & be able to highlight what I see. Again, don't know when I'll find the time, but I can hardly wait. This pic is truly magical sparkle2.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful work, I feel like a junkie salivating - just waiting for my next fix twitch!!

I guess that makes you my 'pusher' scratchchin.LOL

Well thank you very much for that happy feedback, Jaime! tiphat I never know which pics are going to be hits. I could carry on highlighting many more things I see (which would probably be diff to everyone else's vision), but one thing seems true, and that is...if there's lotsa spirit going on, we usually agree! highfive

You really made me feel happy with your enthusiasm. And that you will be looking closer at this photo! sweet Thanks Jaime! happy

Wow, I just was going to post a tree spirit and here I find you just posted 2. Are we in synch? I am in the other side of the world!

I too see clusters of faces in trees, you sure have a magical playground at your disposal, you can spend a lifetime taking pictures there.

I wonder if these spirits see us? The stare from the tree spirits seems very focused like they are looking at us.

Very nice highlighting.

Ooo! So you were going to post your tree spirit before you saw mine! omgosh Mysterious world this is!

Thank you for the great feedback! I love tree spirits and see them constantly. But it is really validating, thanks to you, to realize that I am not alone in this way.

As for if they see us, I think they can and do. As I look more intently day after day at certain tree spirits, they seem to look back at me and to form more details and become stronger in appearance. Some tree spirits look out to the sky and don't seem to be bothered with me or other things on the ground. And some really crack me up, like the ones that line busy streets and seem to be staring down at the passing cars sometimes with snarling faces or just as if to say "boo". I've seen so many different "looks" - peaceful, fierce, happy, soulful, etc.

Thanks again for the comments, VBS. cheerful
