Orb Experiment with ball
My son has one of those plastic balls that measures about a foot and a half in diameter. It has swirls of greenish- white so I thought it would be perfect for my experiment. Last experiment consisted of laying a foamboard with pictures of orbs on top of the bushes and taking pictures. Now, I just put the ball on top of the bushes or threw it up in the air and took pictures. I got some pictures with orbs so I guess they were curious about the ball. This one is the one that got the most orbs in it. I had to shift the colors for clarity.

Wow, what a clever idea VBS! You are so committed to your research, I had no idea that something orb-shaped would likely attract orbs! Nice results. Do you get the same results from using the foam board of orb pics? Did they seem curious about that as well? I wonder what would happen if you went out to the same place at night & blew bubbles. Yes, bubbles. Remember Alisa's belief that orbs are somehow tied to water? Well bubbles have water in the base & they're orb-shaped as well. I wonder what your results would be if you used bubbles next time . I'd love to see what ya could see! Anyway, thanks for the pics & from one ADULT to another...stop using this as an excuse to play with your kids' toys! Happy hunting, ~Jiame~

There are two posts I made "Orb Experiment" and "Orb Experiment 2" where I used the board and yes, they show up.
What a good idea of the bubbles, I should try that, plus they are not so big as the ball, the neighbors are getting suspicious seeing me walking up the mountain with it.
I'll post my results when I get them.

Wow, VBS, there are some very interesting entities to my eyes within these orbs. Excellent! I think orbs are curious. It seems whenever I leave something outside that is new, orbs appear around it in photos. As for the bubbles...Elaine did some bubble experiments and one really cool lighted-spinning top experiment in which the light looks like it is being sucked up toward the orb. It's an old thread now, but worth a look if you don't mind scrolling through. Elaine's Spirit Photos
