TV Colombia was off-air and it took TV Colombia some time to get the channel back on-air for UBI.<br /><br />Signing a new channel can take days, weeks or even months to sort out the terms & conditions for their broadcast. The 2 channels you’ve mentioned have signed an exclusive agreement with SelecTV so UBI is not full of shit – they told you the truth.<br /><br />You might have a list of 1000 channels that UBI or any other company can add but have you thought about the need for a "international feed" required? Hence the delay in getting Mega, Alpha, Star, Sigma and Alter Globe (the Greek channels) a special feed was required for our region.<br /><br />You might think UBI is a rip-off but that is your a opinion and your entitled to that. But also factor in the cost of bringing the channel from point A to point B. Also factor in that when the basic English channels are added there will be no change in the monthly cost.<br /><br />It’s sad to see that your not happy with the UBI service being provided – at the end of the day it’s the customers choice wether to subscribe with UBI or any other ethnic pay-tv company.
