[]Hello All<br /><br />The Facts are as follows<br /><br />1) Horizon Didnt Pay their Bills to Globecast<br />2) PanGlobal (Globecast & Panamsat) are persuing Horizon for Debts outstanding<br />3) PanGlobal will be broadcasting the channels FTA for some time to ensure customers DONT relocate the dishes to ASIASAT 4 or any other Sat.<br /><br />All providers know the Dishes at customers are the property of Panamsat Asia Pty Ltd subject to a 2004 Deed between the Tarbs Recievers (PWC) and Panamsat Asia Pty Ltd.<br /><br />There is lots of action going on behind the scenes and all Russian Viewers need to be aware that "Globecast" are the content 'kings' at a global scale and are protecting their "interests" in having all the content on PAS8 as well who will dare to go Globecast a mutibillion dollar telco/broadcaster.<br /><br />All Customers need to not move their dishes or make any on the spot decisions regarding providers because the content is staying on PAS8 and any "new" content on AsiaSat 4 will not be there for long... <br /><br /><br />--------------------------------<br />I am not employed in Panamsat / Globecast or any related entity [/]<br /><br />Thats sums it up.<br /><br />Not sure if you should be posting as "Panglobal" I think there is a rule in this forum about no use of company/provider names in your i.d?
