C-Band frequencies are like 3564 or 4020 for example while Ku Band are 12456 etc<br /><br />I dont think Express A2 reaches Melbourne as Joffa is having a similar problem maybe the satellite shop might be able to confirm this but i heard its a pretty weak signal from it and is not very reliable
