Globecast do the uplinking for the Panglobal channels. "Panglobal" is the platform name. Of course its in association with Panamsat as their partners. Panamsat of course own the ex Tarbs dishes on Pas8 and don't want some installers coming along and re-pointing them elsewhere.<br /><br />Just the same as they didn't want installer messing with the Ex Tarbs gear and repointing them to B3..<br /><br /><br />The two lines at the bottom were my comments.
