Bearing in mind how much they owe PAS, I can understand PAS's sensitivity to this.<br /><br />Their are two sides to the Horzon argument. One issue is that Globcast are not a retail operation, there is no subscriber "front door" - they don't even have a web site. They make their money hosting third party brodacters who hold content rights for Oz. These third parties operate independant retail businesses with Globecast in a service provider role. <br /><br />So I don't understand how "Globecast" are the content 'kings'", to do so would be to compete with their own clients ........ Maybe this is the issue?????
