The one problem with trying to show people the puppet behind the shadow, is the human logic system is hot wired to reject the infomation its getting, and only the stronger minds can over ride the primative instinct as to hide the puppet. In a belief i have, the reason for it is knowlage control. To many people knowing to many things isnt a good thing, because humans either kill what scares them, or put in a cage, or kill and stuff, then put on show, what interests them. and in the 1800's and before then, a feary/fiary was just a woman with powers, But yeah. They're out there.
