Actually they don't. They have ICMS system for all Child Safety offices in QLD to access and information about clients and families is stored on there. They don't share lists of names or information about people with other government organisations. The only time that information is shared with other government organisations is during the investigation if further information is needed to complete the investigation or if information that Child Safety have involves other departments such as Centerlink and Department of Housing.

So no, it's not a breach of confidentiality.
