I think Sharon is either employed by The Department or was employed by The Department.

I have recently encountered some ex CSO/docs workers who must have been the honest/ sincere type. I listened to them and thought wow. then I have meet the ex CSO who think docs are very corrupt (more than one).

I think it must depend on what branch you encounter.

Yes, there is good and bad in all types of employees who are in the service providers.

It goes back to transference and counter transference issues as I mentioned before. And that basic question of who's needs are we meeting?

I found some old stuff on selection and recruitment. I have been intending to write out my arguement around this factual stuff and put it into context of the government employing very raw inexperienced CSO's and putting them on the coal face. Who is responsible - the CSO or the government body for allowing such inexperienced staff to have to make decisions that they have little experience with.
I'll type it out in full one other day.
