Aww.  Bless U. I can get in touch with the sadness if I want to. I know it is there and I understand it. But I can also remove my focus from it and shift it to the positives, which is what I do 95%+ of the time. And that leaves me happy. I am thankful for all the great things I have in my life now. I love my choices and regret nothing. And I'm happy I had my Mom for the years I did. It was how long it was supposed to be.
