I've always believed that prayer (whatever you want to call it...talking to Source) is how you ask Source, & meditation(being silent & listening) is how you recieve the answers from Source. What utterly way cool way to explain this!

As for sharing the recordings, it would be a treat to hear them, and if there were an easy way and you wanted to, that would be so cool and a blessing. For me personally, I am satisfied and delighted to also just know what the spirits have said and what you learned. I mean, I suppose the magic is in the hearing of the tapes, but I find this just written out is also very magical and comforting.

I loved how your Mom said "Too slow" and how that opened the door to turning up the speed! I also have a palm recorder. I love it and use it several times a week to record my dreams when I first wake up. It makes for much transcribing, but I get more details and whilst they are fresh on my mind as well. And the flow of my language if I type it as I speak is good...because it reads more naturally.

Also, I find I am being "heard" when I speak into the recorder. I feel listened to by the device. And I also later can listen to my self speak and relate back to myself and empathize with me/her. It is a funky cool tool- a recorder. I tried once to capture EVPs with it but did none of the neat preps you explain. I didn't hear anything at that time and didn't try again. Perhaps I will now you've shared your expertise and hints.

Anyway, what a great list of instructions you have given. I like the instruction to respect the spirits and to close the doors. Makes such sense.
