Wow Dawn,

Thank you so much for posting this! This is one of my most favorite subjects. Hmmm, What would I do? Well I guess I would do as I always do when moving into a new house, smudge it! Every time I take up residence in a new dwelling, I always smudge. If not to get rid of risidual paranormal energy, then to at least to get rid of the neg human energy that a human or two(that is still living) might have left behind.

This process is simple, just buy a smudge stick (from a metaphysical store or your closest herb store), light one end of it, and walk your entire house repeating whatever your beliefs consist of coupled with the polite , but firm demand that you & yours live in a serene, clean, & God filled enviornment. Make sure to get all of the corners, as spirit seems to like to linger there undetected. Wish well to all entities who linger & if you feel equipt & your beliefs permit, try to help cross over any lingering energy to the other side. Crap this screen is jumpin again. Now I won't be able to see what I am typing! Please disreguard any mistakes.

If the entity seems billigerant, then I would consider consulting a professional, although I do think that if one is experienced enough, that that person could definately guide the entities home themselves. I guess when it all comes down to it, it all depends on how much faith one has in his/her beliefs & the power of energy.

If you're intersted in finding out who is haunting ya, look up my posts on "E.V.P.'S, Maybe that will bring some answers on whether to flee or not. My advice, don't give up unless someone is in danger! "The Haunting" are'nt always mean, just sometimes confused about where they belong.
