I think it means that as people become less resistant to the idea of orbs and spirits (whether they choose to assertively believe orbs are spirits, or whatever) orbs become more plentiful in human consciousness and in this realm, and more people experience them or capture them in photos.

People say the veil is thinning...and I agree and it is because we are overall enmass becoming more open. It's all about critical mass of belief. Like when an athlete breaks a record and shortly thereafter several other athletes break that same old record. Because suddenly they know/believe it is possible.
