Well, it's good to see that we can agree and disagree. Probably an important thing in life. As we have seen lately, everyone has there own opinions. <br /><br />I never has bothered to have my file transfered when I switched doctors. But I think it is bullshit having to pay for it. After all it is YOU in the records not just private information for that doctor in concern. It's YOUR medical history. Who knows, maybe they class that as Intelectual Property so you have to pay for the rights to view it!!<br /><br />But I have heard from someone that used to work for the CAA (yep, Christ Another Accident, former CASA). The staff use computers to record pilot information in the database. Some operators use to put in vacant fields 'This guy is a stupid prick' etc etc... None of this came out until someone requested a copy of his pilot history and ratings when all these other comments came flying of the printer. You could see the shit flying a mile away!! <br /><br />Maybe that's what some doctors could be paranoid over cause you could sue for defamation should they write such comments.
