The other night I sat up in bed reading from my ebook. The lights were off and my husband was asleep, and the fan was on because it was hot. Earlier, when the lights were on, I had been seeing movement in the room (orbs in my peripheral vision). I also experienced this dark shape that reminded me of fabric move between me and the ebook which I held out at a distance so I could read it with my glasses on. The fabric-like shape reminded me of the sleeve of a robe. And maybe that's what it was, an entity reaching in front of me with only its sleeve visible, but truly I can't be sure and am only guessing.

Anyway, as I sat there in the dark, resting on my elbow and holding my ebook, the fan started making a strange noise kind of as if it was laboring, and kind of like a muted sound the tardis would make (for those who watch Dr. Who). I thought, Oh no, here goes trouble with the fan, great. But then the sound slowly went back to normal. Strange, I thought, and I went from feeling relaxed to alert.

I continued to read and my ebook page started to flicker. I suddenly felt concerned, but I thought, I guess the battery is going...but I just checked the battery and it had plenty of charge. It flickered on and off about 3 times and I said out loud to my sleeping husband, "Oh no, the battery is going!" I felt a bit of fear for some reason. The ebook page went blank and then a flowered screen appeared. I think I have seen this page before, but I have not been able to find it since. Then the ebook shut itself off. None of this, the flickering, the flowers, the shut-off has happened before, and I knew it was spirit getting my attention.

I turned it back on and the battery was fine. I read a few more pages to calm myself, then I shut it off and went to sleep. But it was an uneasy sleep and all through the night I felt a presence all around.

The next night (Jan 5) I felt the same presence that persisted. It was talking to me and interacting with me, but I did not bring it all through to consciousness with the exception of one point where it said, "Let me start by introducing myself - I am Sol Su Sal" (something like that). The whole experience was very intense and I woke in the morning with extreme allergies, sneezing, stuffy nose, blocked sinuses. Throughout the day it worsened until I was very miserable.

Having taken a large dose of antihistamine, I grew tired so I laid down later in the day. I felt bad that I had been such a "chicken" and so I projected outward to the entity that I was sorry I had not flowed with the interaction. Just then a female voice spoke inside my mind saying, "She [the entity Sol] sympathized..." The word that was give was not really sympathized or empathized, but was more like an apology and was a word that meant true understanding, as if she had experienced it herself. (The allergies and subsequent illness that lasted 3 days, were at the least a reaction to this encounter and my fear/resistance). After this was said, she said not to worry as [Sol] was now asleep. I saw a little door shut (in my mind) as if the messenger then shut the door having delivered the message.

It was a unique experience and despite my stuffy head, I felt pleased and amazed. I also was surprised to find out that Sol was a she, I hadn't detected the gender and would have otherwise thought a male energy. The messenger was a female, but it was a messenger, not Sol.

I decided to look up the name Sol Su Sal to see if I could find anything. Now I knew it was female, I figured it was probably a goddess since I have had visits from numerous "mythological" gods and goddesses over the years of my seeking. But I was surprised (like I always am when this type of thing happens), when I found that there is a Goddess named Sol (amongst other names) who is Goddess of the Sun.

I feel this is related to my experience with the Yogi and being offered the golden nugget on a flame. Something about the fire element and bringing it into me, or consuming it.

I might also mention that along with the allergies, I had a very upset digestive system that persisted for 3 days (sort of like a fire inside).
