Fractal Reality
I spotted an image in the Mawson Antarctic webcam last night. I wondered if it was one of the anomalous objects passing as the second sun in some videos and photos, or if it was the moon (as I have no idea where the moon would appear in the sky there at that time). Nonetheless I felt compelled to save the screen and examine it later.
Today as I examined it, I found that the more I enlarged it, the deeper the dimensions of it seemed to go. It reminds me of an infinite crystal wormhole. Maybe it is.
Stranger still, last night as I was falling asleep I kept waking from episodes of seeing fractals and knowing that I was learning about them. I felt kind of annoyed as I'm not usually interested in such things - I'm more into learning about my many selves, personalities, gods, archetypes, etc. I guess part of the greater reality is understanding fractals!
Here are the crops, enlargements, and filters (color equalization) though any filter at all, even contrast, reveals this interesting pattern. I'll have to do this over two posts...

ooo tell me more! what have you learned about fractuals? I never question the images I see from cameras and computers that are pixelated and fractual like this when put on different settings. I really never thought about it. But now you have me wondering hmm there may be more to all this after all:)

I've told you all that I know or can think of, and that I've learned now from interacting with you, so thanks my friend! At the time I was examining this image, I enlarged and filtered it and saw that there was quite a bit of detail, but I started to shrug it off. Then I thought, Wait a minute, let me see if I can enlarge it more...Each time I decided to enlarge it, I actually had to overcome this funny little fear I had that I should just stop where I am, what was the point of continuing to enlarge and look, etc. After a certain point though, I realized, I need to keep going to the end. And even in thinking that, there were doubts that piped up, though they changed from, Why bother, you really should do it, TO... I don't want to see an end, I don't want there to be an end...if I stop now, I can just assume it never ends. And though through enlargement the photo eventually turned to white in the end, I do feel that if this reality/dimension were capable of seeing/sensing further, there is more there to see. Either that, or it's simply that I can't go any further around that yellow-striped corner via a camera image within this lower-dimensional reality. Thanks for all your feedback and great thought provocation. Love you, OQ.
