It will never be as big as cheating TARBS was.<br /><br />Simple reason, 95% of Balkan people don't even have PC, even if they do, they only have dial-up internet.<br /><br />Theoretically it can be done but I believe not many people will do it simple because it will be more expensive than watching it legally.<br /> <br /> <small>[ 23.
