Having 2 Pay TV operators competing with the same channels is suicide as there is not enough subscribers in Australia to sustain it. <br /><br />It is obvious that TV+ had to take court action to protect their income. On the other hand UBI may also have broadcast rights to it as well. Some of the content providers from the Balkan region are known to sign conflicting agreements with no regard to who it given rights to.
