Vlad B1 being replaced by B3 was a totally valid comment. Sky NZ said they had gained access to back up capacity if B1 failed time frame given was within 10 weeks. They announced this to the NZ sharemarket.<br /><br />I asked John Fellet Boss of Sky, he said they had arranged with Optus Backup capacity but he didn't know the details.<br /><br />Just the facts at the time. B3 replacing B1 would of meant major chaos! it seems they are crossing their fingers about 9 months to go. As D1 has been reported as not going up before May 2006
